Penta Automazioni Industriali, in Molinella si occupa dell’invecchiamento e del riconfezionamento dei blocchi di pave da oltre 8 anni; si é pensato l’invecchiamento in linea da molto tempo.Questa macchina rispecchia l’avanguardia dell’azienda nella ricerca e sviluppo di macchine sofisticate per creare un corretto effetto di invecchiamento nel mercato del prodotto di pave’.Il Caleidosline e’ stato studiato per essere installato su una qualsiasi linea esistente del secco dei blocchi di pave’, essendo questa installata sopra la linea del nastro trasportatore tra l’ascensore elevatore e l’impianto di cubaggio.Penta ha sviluppato una macchina in grado di invecchiare entrambi i lati dei blocchi di pave’. Non necessita’ nessuna struttura particolare o spazi aggiuntivi a quelli esistenti, e il livello di rumore e polvere e energia necessaria e’ molto minimo.Il ciclo della macchina puo’ essere configurato con lo stesso passo della linea del secco, evitando cosi’ di creare dei ritardi nella linea produttiva.Il Caleidosline e’ un sistema che rimuove uno strato completo dalla tavola di produzione e sposta il prodotto su una pista circolare mobile. La pista e’ un tunnel che mantiene gli strati dei blocchi insieme,ma lascia loro uno spazio sufficiente per far si che le facce dei blocchi sfreghino e si urtino tra di loro,creando cosi’l’effetto invecchiato dei blocchi.Le dimensioni della pista sono variabili in funzione dello spessore dei differenti blocchi che devono essere invecchiati. C’e una stazione di sollevamento situata sotto il nastro trasportatore della linea del secco, che solleva la tavola dentro al tunnel del Caleidosline.Quando si trova dentro al tunnel,i blocchi vengono raccolti dalla tavola e trasportati sulla pista,rimanendo lungo la pista per 6 cicli, prima di essere riposti nuovamente sulla tavola di produzione,pronti per essere impachettati con la vostra linea esistente.L’alta velocita’ dello spintore,per ogni ciclo,crea l’effetto invecchiato, e per questo non e’ necessario l’impiego di vibrazioni o sistemi di urto.Il rumore e la polvere sono tutti contenuti dalla macchina stessa, ancora una volta un importante vantaggio per lo stabilimento.Il materiale di scarto prodotto durante il processo di invecchiamento cade attraverso una griglia sul fondo della macchina per essere poi raccolti e convogliati attraverso un nastro trasportatore verso l’esterno, in funzione del layout della fabbrica. Il processo di invecchiamento dei blocchi avviene al di fuori della tavola di trasporto, e per questo non la si danneggia o si lasciano sopra gli sfridi,per questo il processo di cubaggio e di impacchettamento e’ semplice. No costose macchine per rimuovere i blocchi dalla tavola,lasciando la macchina semplice da utilizzare e da manutenzionare. Il processo di invecchiamento e’ la semplice azione della pietra contro pietra,quindi la macchina non ha nessun impatto meccanico, e per questo la macchina non necessita di molta energia, minimizzando i consumi.Questo significa inoltre che la macchina non occupa spazi aggiuntivi, solo per il nastro di evacuazione sfridi lungo il nastro esistente e sotto il Caleidosline.Questo nuovo sistema per l’invecchiamento del pave’, diverso da quello utilizzato sino ad oggi e’ stato brevettato, un sistema compatto poca energia necessaria, e poche parti in movimento,riducendo estremamente il costo per m²di produzione. Tutte le operazioni vengono effettuate in modo COMPLETAMENTE AUTOMATICO SENZA L’INTERVENTO DI ALCUN OPERATORE; é sufficiente la presenza di un supervisore per tutto l’impianto.Il prodotto da invecchiare viene immesso nel cilindro attraverso le diverse soluzioni di alimentazione progettate ad hoc per le differenti esigenze. La vibropressa sforma manufatti in cemento di varie forme e dimensioni,che vengono depositati su appositi pianali in acciaio costruiti in maniera tale da poter essere accatastati. I pianali vuoti utilizzati per il deposito dei manufatti sono collocati su un trasportatore e si posizionano prima sotto la vibropressa e successivamente nella postazione adiacente, pronti per essere deviati verso una pinza manipolatrice multiasse. Detta pinza può operare su 50 o più stazioni effettuando le operazioni di composizione delle cataste di pianali carico di prodotto fresco, scomposizione delle pile di pianali di prodotto maturato, composizione e scomposizione di cataste di tavole vuote. L’impianto é completato da una pinza che effettua lo scarico e il cubaggio del prodotto finito.L’impianto gestisce in modo asincrono la pressa e lo scarico dei manufatti essiccati, realizzando la possibilità di scaricare la produzione del giorno prima in tempi rapidi. Le produit à traiter est introduit dans le cylindre à travers différents procédés d’alimentation projetées ad hoc, selon vos propres exigences. INSTALLATION POUR DE CLIVAGE DES BLOCS L’installation proposée est au service d’une vibropresse qui sera fixée dans une position préétablie.La vibropresse démoule des manufacturés en ciment, de différentes formes et dimensions, qui sont déposés sur des tables spéciales en acier et construits de façon à pouvoir être empilés. Les tables vides, utilisées pour le dépôt des manufacturés, sont placées sur un convoyeur qui les positionne sous la vibropresse et ensuite dans les stations successives, prêtes pour être déviées vers la pince manipulatrice multiaxe. La pince peut travailler sur 50 ou plus stations effectuant les opérations d’empilement des tables chargées de produits frais, l’empilement de celles de produits maturés, l’empilement et le désempilement des piles de tables vide. L’installation est complétée par une pince qui effectue le déchargement et le cubage du produit finit. L’installation gére de façon asynchrone la presse et le déchargement des manufactures asséchés, permettant éventuellement de décharger la production du jour précédant en temps rapide. Penta Automazioni Industriali has been involved in aging and re-packaging paving blocks for over 8 years; they have been considering aging on-line for much of this time. This machine reflects the company’s development of advanced and technically sophisticated machinery to create the correct looking paving product for the market. The Caleidosline has been developed so that it can be installed onto any existing paving block plant dry side, as it is built over the conveyor between the lowerator and the cubing equipment. Penta has developed a machine that ages all sides of the paving block. It does not require any footprint for the machine, and noise levels, dust and power consumption will be minimal. The cycle time of the machine can be in step with the dry side cycle time, so creating no delays in the machines production cycle. The Caleidosline is a system that removes one complete layer from the production board and moves the blocks around a winding track. The track acts as a tunnel to hold the layer of blocks together, but gives them enough space to rub and knock against one another, therefore creating an aged effect. The tunnel track dimensions are variable to allow different thicknesses of blocks to be aged. There is a lifting station built under the dry side conveyor, to lift the board up into the Caleidosline tunnel. Once in the tunnel, the blocks are collected from the board and pushed around the track, remaining in the tunnel for six cycles, before being replaced back on a production board, ready to be packaged using your existing equipment. The high speed movement of the pusher, with each cycle, creates the aging effect; therefore needing no vibration or impact devices. The noise and dust can all be contained within the machines outer covers, again a big advantage within the existing block machine factory building. The waste products from the aging process fall through grids to the bottom of the machine where they are collected in skips or removed by a conveyor, depending on the layout of the factory. The processing of the blocks takes place off the boards, so there is no board damage and no waste is left on the board; therefore cubing and packaging the aged product is simple. No expensive handling equipment is required to remove the blocks from the board, keeping the machine simple to operate and maintain. The aging process is purely the action of concrete on concrete, so the machine has no mechanical impactors, therefore power consumption is minimal. This also means the machine takes up NO floor space; the only extra space required is for the waste skips, alongside the conveyor, and under the Caleidosline. This is a patented new approach to on-line aging, significantly changing the established process, and moving the equipment on from the mechanical and physical aging process to create a machine that is very compact, requiring low power requirements and few moving parts for extremely low costs per m² of production. The empty boards, used for the new wet products, are situated on a conveyor and they are positioned before, under the press, and subsequently in its adjacent station, ready to be diverted toward the multiaxes gripper. This gripper can operate on 50 or more stations, building stacks of fresh product, de-stacking of the boards, with the dry product on, composition and de-stacking of stacks of empty boards.The operation is completed by another gripper, which performs the unloading, and the cubing of the final products.The plant controls operate in a synchronised way, so that the press and the unloading of the dried articles, leaving the possibility to quickly unload the production from the day before.
